Shipping & Handling
Item/s will be dispatched from South Austrlaia , within 24 hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays) after full payment has been received by Protec Online as cleared funds. Exceptions apply for pre-sale/pre-order items, where delivery times will be indicated in item description.
For item/s which include free standard shipping, postage is only FREE for the first delivery attempt to you. Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure the delivery. If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify you know it is been returned by the post office, and shipping fee must be paid in full by you before Protec Online resends the item/s to you.

We provide Air Mail parcel for international buyers. Postage varies by buyer location. Air mail takes about 10-20 working days to deliver, Tracking number. Warranty and Return
Please Message or Email us first if you would like return any product. Prior return authorization is required for warranty or returns. Protec Online is not held liable for any costs incurring by you in returning products to us for exchange. Postage and Handling fee must be paid in full by you before Protec Online resends the alternative products to you.
For faulty items:
A. If an item is defective as a manufacturers fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assessment.
If an item is identified as a manufacturer faulty item after assessment, there are two options for the buyer:
• We will fully refund the purchase price, or
• We will provide a replacement.
B. If an item is assessed that is not faulty, Postage and Handling fee is required to pay to Protec Online to resend your item back.
For changing mind or incorrect selection:
If you would like to return an item, because you changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
The item must be in re-saleable condition including that:
• It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
• It is unused and in its original condition.
Postage and handling fee is required to pay to Protec Online by paypal or bank deposit. Return address and return number will be provided when the postage and handling fee is received in full.
We will refund the purchase price within 3 working days after return item received and checked.
Exception
Protec Online does not accept a refund, credit or exchange request for the following:
• If the returned item is damaged,
• If the returned item is not in resalable condition with original packing.

Очень хорошо держит. Когда стал пробовать, то начала отклеиваться текущая пластина на телефоне. Плотно садится в дефлектор. На первый взгляд товар качественный. Упаковка тоже хорошая, все с логотипами и вводными знаками.

Quite premium quality, a very elegant design. In short a very good purchase.
Fast shipping. The product perfectly performs its function and is as expected. Unfortunately for my case it is not the proper format because my airers are weak and the weight of the product along with the mobile one pulls them down. I say so that people are attentive to the concrete case of their car to fit better. The seller or product is not to blame for this.
